Pooja Shankar

Clinical Nutritionist

I’ve been fascinated by food long before it became my profession — from what’s on the plate to how it affects the body.
That curiosity led me through my bachelor’s and master’s education, covering Food Science, Nutrition, Food technology, and Healthcare administration, and cemented my interest in understanding food beyond calories and trends.

Over the years what was once my interest turned into expertise, I’ve worked across Weight-loss centers, Hospitals, Clinics, and MNCs, guiding hundreds of patients towards a better health. In this journey one thing is clear to me: there’s no such thing as a perfect diet — only the one that fits your body, lifestyle, and goals.
